Face-to-face training

ACCYO's face-to-face training is aimed at equipping personnel with the skills and knowledge to protect children and young people in organisations from all forms of abuse. Safeguarding Children training topics include:

1. Defining child abuse and neglect
2. Child sexual abuse
3. Creating safer environments
4. Recruitment and screening
5. Dealing with reports and allegations of abuse

The training is interactive and engages learners through discussion and a range of learning activities such as case studies and role-plays.
